As I was tough before trying to do complexed stuff you should always go, for a easy and recognizable start, and then evolve into a something more alike what you expect to accomplish, with little rewards throughout the path, like dr. Pavlov.
Start simple and declare yourself to no other but yourself, be something of a selfish being, without over reaching, and when you reach satisfaction, go out side and dedicate yourself to your surrounding universe.
And when it is All satisfied with you dedicate yourself onto some other self and make them happy.
Reward yourself by repeating "no one can say I love you, and meaning it, without knowing themselves, what's love, and who they're talking to"
